Terms & Conditions

By submitting your application for the Hostinger Sustainability Microgrant Contest (the "Contest"), organized by PT WEB MEDIA TECHNOLOGY INDONESIA (the "Hostinger"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility requirements

1.1. To be eligible to apply for the Contest, you must meet all of the following criteria based on your application submission:
1.1.1. You are a resident of Indonesia;
1.1.2. Your business or business idea benefits or involves the Indonesian market;
1.1.3. You are operating or planning to start a micro or small business;
1.1.4. Your business has annual revenue under IDR 2.5 billion and employs fewer than 20 employees (if You are operating a business);
1.1.5. You intend to create or grow your online presence using Hostinger services;
1.2. Hostinger reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any applicant at any time.

Application process

2.1. All applications must be submitted through the official application form in English.
2.2. The application period is from June 9, 2025 to June 22, 2025. The deadline to apply is June 22, 2025.
2.3. Required information includes:
2.3.1. Full name;
2.3.2. Email;
2.3.3. Business name (or TBD if not yet named)
2.3.4. Business links (or N/A);
2.3.5. Details about your business idea, current stage, goals for the next 6 months, how the microgrant will help, and whether your business has an environmental or social impact focus;
2.3.6. Applicant's bank account details/e-wallet details (please note that payments can only be processed to the following e-wallets: DANA, OVO, GoPay, LinkAja, and ShopeePay).
2.4. You represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful, complete, and accurate.
2.5. Submission does not create any employment, partnership, agency, or fiduciary relationship with Hostinger.

Grant Details

3.1. Five (5) microgrants of IDR 20,000,000 after taxes will be awarded. Microgrants would be deposited to the selected applicants' bank account or e-wallet within 14 days after the announcement of the selected applicants as per article 4.4 below and subject to the following conditions: a) Hostinger's account activation if the selected participant does not yet have an account with Hostinger and b) selected participant providing ID card number or personal tax identification number/company tax identification number, if the payment should be made to company's bank account
3.2. Each selected applicant will also receive Hostinger services credits valued at IDR 4,000,000. Credits are granted upon account activation with Hostinger.
3.3. Unsuccessful applicants will receive a 20% discount code for Hostinger services. Discount shall be sent to the email addresses indicated in the application form.
3.4. If selected, you agree to use the grant funds responsibly and specifically to grow your business and achieve your next step/goals as outlined in your application.
3.5. The microgrant is provided as a goodwill gesture and not as compensation for services rendered. It is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
3.6. Hostinger reserves the right to modify or cancel the Contest at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.

Selection Process

4.1. Evaluation will consider:
4.1.1. Location;
4.1.2. Stage of Business;
4.1.3. Digital Ambition Clarity;
4.1.4. Vision & Purpose.
4.2. Additional weight will be given to applicants with environmentally or socially impactful ideas.
4.3. Selection dates: June 25-July 1, 2025.
4.4. Announcement: July 2, 2025.
4.5. Hostinger's decisions regarding eligibility, selection, and award are final and binding and are not subject to appeal.

Selected applicants obligations

5.1. You agree to use the funds solely for business growth, in alignment with your application.
5.2. You agree to build and maintain a website using Hostinger's services.
5.3. Upon the Hostinger's request, you agree to provide a short update and a link to your website within 4-6 weeks of grant receipt also indicating the particular way the grant was used.
5.4. You grant Hostinger a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, and non-exclusive license to use your business name, submitted content, and testimonials for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, reports, and press releases. Should Hostinger use Your business name, submitted content and testimonial, Hostinger may notify You in advance about such usage.
5.5. Hostinger shall be responsible for declaring and paying taxes that may arise from the award of the microgrant.

Limitation of Liability

6.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hostinger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the Contest.
6.2. Hostinger's total cumulative liability shall not exceed the value of the microgrant awarded to a recipient or IDR 500,000 in cases of applicants not selected.

Miscellaneous

7.1. By submitting the application form, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
7.2. You acknowledge that selection for the Contest is at the sole discretion of Hostinger and is subject to verification.
7.3. These Terms & Conditions should be considered an integral part of Hostinger's Terms of Services, and therefore, failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions might be a basis for Hostinger's service termination. Should there be any discrepancies between the provision of these Terms & Conditions and Terms & Services, these Terms & Conditions would prevail.
7.4. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.
